Anthony's POV
I yawned, getting up from my bed and rubbing my eyes. Looking around, I noticed that Kalel must already be up. I smiled. It had been only three days since I had moved out, and didn't regret a single thing. I was walking towards the bathroom to comb my hair and stuff like that, when I heard Kalel's voice drifting out of the kitchen. Sounded like she was on the phone.
I didn't want to be a snoop, but I couldn't help but stay there behind the wall and listening. I couldn't believe my ears. They had to be lying. Had to.
"I feel so warm inside right now! Hey, you know how I moved out with Anthony, right, Chanelle (random name )? He was getting REALLY close to Ian. I was starting to worry he was liking him. Like, LIKING him. Good thing I saved another man from gayness..."
I didn't know why, but I was furious with this. Absolutely furious. Ian was right. He was right, right right right. This move-out WAS breaking Smosh. But Kalel had planned it all along.
I banged open the door, and Kalel fell right out of her chair, quickly giving her friend a goodbye.
"What... Do you mean..." I was so overcome with anger I couldn't even find the right words.
Kalel's eyes filled with fear. I probably looked like I was about to beat her to a pulp, but I couldn't do that. You can't beat up girls, or else the police will freak out and arrest you. Yeah.
But I was still angry.
"I-I'm sorry Anthony! B-But... You don't want to be gay, right? I-I saved you!" My knuckles turned white as my hands balled up into tight fists, fingernails digging into my palms.
"Y-You... You tried to break up Smosh! We're one of the top-most subscribed! We're best friends! And you tried to ruin it! YOU!" I screamed at her.
"A-Ant! I'm sorry! I just thought you were starting to like Ian more than me... You know... LIKE like him..."
I was so mad, my face was as red as a tomato. It looked as if steam was about to float off it it at any moment.
"W-Well... Maybe I AM starting to like him!" I yelled, the words slipping out of my mouth before my brain had time to choose them. (OOOOH. FINALLY. IANTHONY. YAYYY.)
Kalel drew in her breath, looking stunned. All you could here was my heavy breathing.
I turned around on my heels, walked into the bedroom, and started putting all of my stuff into my suitcase.
"Ant... W-what are you doing?" She gasped, staring at me.
I paused.
I waited.
"I'm leaving."
When I packed up, I stormed out into my car, throwing the suitcase in and getting in the front seat. Before I left, I checked my phone. One knew voice mail. Curious, I pressed Listen and pressed it to my ear.
"Hey Anthony, this is Ian. I was too afraid to say this in person, so I made sure it was really late at night to call you..."
There was a long, hesitant pause. I could hear Ian's shaky breathing.
"I miss you, Anthony. I miss you a lot. It's been so quiet around without you... I know it's been only three days, but I feel so empty... I guess what I'm trying to say is, Anthony..."
Again, another hesitant breath. Then what sounded like, unmistakably, Ian, holding back his sobs. I remembered because when Ian's dad had died, I had been out, shopping. Ian had called be and was making strange noises and talking weird, and when I came home, he was crying.
Ian hung up.
"Ian..." I whispered.

Nothing To Lose
Ian swallowed nervously as he approached the open door of Anthony's bedroom. Anthony was sitting on his bed, headphones on, his laptop open with their newest script open on the screen. Ian hated to interrupt him while he was working, but he couldn't wait any longer. He raised a shaking fist and knocked loudly on the door.
Anthony looked up and pulled off his headphones, setting his laptop aside. "Hey, dude. What's up?"
Ian shifted from one foot to the other. "I... I have to tell you something," he said awkwardly.
"Sure, go ahead."
Ian's breath caught in his throat. This was it. "Well, the thing is..." It took him a second to force the wor

As Time Goes On: Chapter 1
The bell rang and Ian’s mom quickly looked up from her pager to kiss her son goodbye, then face her eyes right back to their original position. Ian made a face and grunted while scooting back.
“Mom! I told you not to do that in public! I’m now in the 6th grade! I don’t want you kissing me all the time like I’m some baby.” Ian straightened his back and held on to his backpack straps.
“Sorry, honey.” She said remotely while still rapidly typing in things on her device.
“Well, I guess I’ll see you after school then.” Ian started to turn around when his mom grabbed his shoulder

As Time Goes On: Chapter 2
“As you can see,” Ian explained while poking the sides of Anthony’s cheeks where his dimples lay, “his smile gives off the illusion of being happy, but his eyes still sulk.”
Anthony grinned wider in response, making sure to actually illuminate a wide grin whilst making sure his eyes showed a real smile as well.
“Now, as you can tell, his smile looks much more realistic and is real this time. You can always tell someone is fake smiling when their eyes do nothing. So make sure you always pay the most attention so the windows of their soul. Thank you.” Ian stepped aside to let Anthony stand beside him
